Login Issues
1. I have forgotten my Login ID.
Your Etutorlearning.com Login ID is an email address that you have registered with Etutorlearning.com.
To check your login ID, you may contact our Helpdesk.
2. I have forgotten my password.
Reset Password via Email:
- (a)On the login page, click Get Password.
- (b)Enter your email that you registered as user ID.
- (c)Click on Send Code.
- (d)An email with a verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
- (e)On the Reset Password page, enter the verification code, and click onVerify.
- (f)Enter the new password and re-enter the password to confirm that you have entered it correctly.
- (g)Click Submit.
- (h)If your password has been successfully reset, you will be able to login.
3. I did not receive a password reset email.
When you use the Get Password feature to reset your password successfully, an email with a verification code will be sent to you.
If you cannot find the email in your inbox, it may be in the Junk/Spam folder. Alternatively, you may contact our Helpdesk.
